Collective Health’s goal is to provide the best employer-sponsored health benefits, giving people the best care while improving employers’ bottom line.
While a majority of my work at Collective Health is confidential, here are a few insights and successes.
Improving the member experience
On the member experience team, I focused on empowering employees to get the most out of their health benefits - from understanding plan coverage, to finding providers, to tracking claims efficiently. One major initiative was a data-informed opportunity to reduce call center volume spikes by increasing self-service tools and support content for common tasks. A/B testing provided insights on web and mobile app optimization.
Led partner integrations across all touchpoints
Whether working with vendors for tech implementations, or larger scale initiatives like co-branding partner design strategy, I collaborated with cross-functional teams and clients to determine the best strategy and approach to successfully achieve requirements.
Optimized Figma design production
Coming into Collective Health, the design files were in mid-transition from Sketch to Figma - leaving lots of disconnected source files. In addition to properly converting the files and establishing the new base libraries, I took the latest tools from Figma to create a more efficient, responsive design system. This led to a significant reduction in file maintenance across web/iOS/Android files, and improved design concept production.
Proposed new features through prototypes
During this time in the pandemic people were beginning to carry Covid vaccine cards. Rather than keeping it with them at all times, or saving random photos on their phone, I prototyped and proposed a concept to securely store it in our app alongside their insurance cards.
